The crime infested streets of East L.A. are ruled by gangland warriors. Family bonds create vicious turf wars where power and revenge control the fate of an entire city locked in a war simply to survive. Rikki Ortega (Jon Seda) dreams of running these streets and is willing to kill or control anyone in his path order for his prophecy to become a reality.
