Busher, a cunning con artist, makes his living by ripping innocent people off.

He is looking to win big when he gets the tables turn on him by a 13 year old boy, who ends up conning him.

Impressed, Busher forms an alliance with this teenager and they begin a whirlwind conning spree around the country.
