Mr. Cain (superman from TV's LOIS AND CLARK) stars as an ATF agent tapped to infiltrate an extremist militia. The ATF has determined that this militia possesses three stolen Anthrax missiles which it plans to deploy in their plot to kill the US president. In constant danger of being found out, Mr. Cain must locate the missiles and gain the trust of his new colleagues while averting a potentially disastrous violent showdown between the militia and the ATF.
